I saw him at Piper Motorsport last Tuesday... car all shiny and unharmed. I think they were putting skidplates on.

That Picture and video of the STi getting its hub exploded is painfully familiar. I did more or less the exact same thing, except it was in snow, and it was a curb. Hub sheared in pretty much the exact same way too. Weird.

But I feel that guy's pain.

His service was right next to ours. The body was a bit rough. but the cage was unscathed.

Rear suspension was a bit tweaked. but nothing that wasn't fixable. the windsheild was the only think keeping him from continuing.
