Not that exact model, but a 1:43 scale diecast WRC replica is available from tirerack.com (http://www.tirerack.com/tires/accessories/giftguide.jsp) .

SWRT (http://store.swrt.com/SWRTstore_details_test.jsp?dept_id=5&prod_id=2001-MC18) is the only place I've seen that sells the 1/18th scale version. It's in England. :(

Hopefully, someone in the US will sell it soon.
