I read somewhere that with an 8inch wide wheel, +43 to +47 offset is recommended.
So will this +40mm fit with no problems/or adjustments?
I will also probably get prodrive springs in the future.
Thanks.

it depends what tires you get. Not sure if you know this but I'll say it anyway. Lower offset means the rims will stick out farther. So a +40 offset will sit 8mm or about .3 inches farther out. If you get tires with a big sidewall you will rub for sure, but you might be okay if you get lower profile tires

Here's the link to the wheels and tires I'm looking at.

My questions are will I need to roll my fenders? will I run into wheel bearing life problems?
And I am looking to run low profile tires even though this won't give me a performance advantage.
I would like my wheels and tires to be as close to the fender as possible without extending beyond the fender.

i have had 10 sets of wheels on my car already, i run an 18x8 et40 with 235/40/18 tires, on coilovers can have 5 people in the car and they do not rub, plus-they dont look look lost under the fender. the +48 wheels did not look as good. (04 WRX with Eibach Coilovers)

I ended buying rota subzero's, since I got a pretty good deal on them. Granted they may not look as hot as an et40. Thanks everyone.
