Hi Guys
I just got back from Bathurst (Australia) where the 2007 12 hour production car race was held. Subaru Motor Sport entered two Sti's in the event which were built in New Zealand by Possum Bourne Motor Sport and shipped to Austrlian for the event. Event though these cars are 3E class (production) $300k was invested into the build (2 cars). Each car had a team of three drivers for the 12 hour event. One team Car 98 was manned by Cody Crocker, Chris Atkinson, and Dean Herridge who are well known Subaru Rally drivers. The second car #7 was steered by some local Subaru and V8 super Car champions, Crompton, Denyer, and Alijajian.

Rear Brakes - Ap Calipers (STi logo) and AP 300mm vented rear
The brakes are the standard gravel spec setup you would see on the real thing. The brake upgrade option is rumoured to be around $15k AUD

Mmmm, RA-R brakes.
And I love that Legacy STI. Really wish they'd bring one to the US market. Maybe for MY2009.

Thank you for not putting in a race results spoiler. I'm hoping to find a torrent to be able to watch it...

The rotors are the same as the Spec C RA-R, but the calipers are newly developed AP Racing calipers for Group N.
The results are listed on this page: http://www.bimf.com.au/latest_news.asp?navstr=16&Pagecat=16

Chris is a young kid that used to drive the Protecnica Racing STi's in our GTP series. He's an absolute weapon behind the wheel. He steers an STi, V8 Super Car and Formula 3 in Australia.
I took me about 6 months to pronounce his last name. Top kid though!
