I just bought an accessport and i was wondering how to change maps on the fly? and weather to cange the base map or realtime map on the fly?

You can't change base maps unless engine is shut off, pick the base map that best goes with your cars set up. You can change rt maps while driving but you need to be carefull or ...

I tried it once... I did not have any problems but would suggest pulling over for a minuet or two and then changing the RT map.

when i change the map on the fly, i either pull over, or let the clutch in until its changed.
