For Mothers day I got my Mom 19 inch M5 Wheels Stock OEM online.
Problems being they hit in the front they rub on the inner fender wall and in the rear when you hit a big bump or turn on the hard side.
Should I have the fenders rolled? Do you think that will solve the problem?
Sell and buy a set of another wheels.
Suggestions please.
Thanks
Chuck

From one of the pics the fronts stick out way too much! You might be able to do something with the rears, but not the fronts.:(
One big bump or dip, especially with the tires turned, and the fenders will probably get damaged by the tires.
This is the pic I'm referring to:

I know the fenders and quarters of the M5 are the same width (i.e. non-flared compared to the standard model) but it looks like the track width is a lot different, and perhaps more so on the xi.

Yeah it sucks i'm very bummed.
The fronts hit the rubber in the car fender.
If it was my car i would roll both fenders and call it a day.
I stuck them up on Bimmer forums maybe sell.
IDK hoping to think of a solution sell the car haha.

what series bmw? 3 or 5? 3 series need a 40ish offset and five's six's and sevens call for about 18-20. so if you ordered 5 series wheels and try to put them on a three you would run into this kind of problem. also what size tires?

those really look like new m5 sizes what 255/40r19 in front and 285/35r19 out back? should be running 225/35r19 and 255/30r19, if the OEM size is 205/55r16 which i believe it was

yeah the oem size is 17's and the Tire measurements ill have tomorrow.
So you think if i get smaller tires i will loose the problem of rubbing?

Hmm looks like the M5 got wider front fenders? Maybe you can get the fenders and they'll fit inside those :D

I'm going to look for a wreck tonight. Maybe find the bumper and fenders for like 700-1000 bucks. Just painting it will be the next step.
