I don't believe that it changes the Red Line at all. At least mine doesn't on my 04 STi. I originally ws getting worse MPG, but that is because my newfound power made me drive like a mad man....I get 17 - 19 city and upwards of 25 - 30 on the highway if I drive the limit. I am Stage 2 though.
