We've recently received an number of cut and paste PM's where a NASIOC member has been systematically contacting members here like this:

************************************************** ********

Hey, Graham

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I got a message saying not to buy from you and you're an a$$hole.

I figured he knew I am saving for Parts from JapanParts.com

He said you're a New Zealander that run Japanparts.com from your apartment.

I was like, Graham doesn't have any bad reviews, what's your problem with him. And that was the end of it...

All I said was WTF.....

************************************************** ********

We've advised Moderators here; think this is a pretty low thing to do
We have worked hard to maintain a *stellar* reputation in the Subaru community and are enthusiasts ourselves; our Parts Manager, Ken, rallies a GC-8 Impreza

We run our business along Christian principles and don't lie, steal or cheat; if there's a problem with a shipment or an Order let us know and we'll "make it good "

Would appreciate if anyone has a problem they contact us directly instead of name-calling behind our backs

UPDATE: messages are coming from AIM: "evolved7" anyone know who this is ( ? )

Wow dude, that's complete BS.

I haven't purchased anything from you guys yet (but plan on it :D) and you've still answered all my questions quickly and professionally. That is complete and utter crap.

In all honesty though, I don't think many members here would buy that story as I've yet to see a negative comment to you guys that wasn't resolved.

japanparts.com is awesome! I've ordered from them a couple of times, although small things, and they've always done a great job.

Is that true?

I've lived in Tokyo since 1991, and travel on a New Zealand passport
I am *not* the owner of Japanparts.com which is an LLC, Japanese registered and Japanese owned, I am the Export manager tho' ( and have been since 1996 )

Japanparts.com has 10 x employees as of last Friday; Japanparts is a registered trademark in Japan

Japanparts.com operates from 3 x locations; an office in Suginami-ku about 20 minutes out of Shinjuku, we have a packing floor near our Office

We have a leased warehouse for container packing, storage and consolidation of larger Orders at a 3rd location, none of these are apartments

That's also the US Military officers creed - I quote it often. Add in 'or tolerate others who do so." to the end.

Keep doing that and annoying children w/ nothing better to do will never be anything more than that.

Never purchased from them, but they've been incredibly helpful to others in finding parts, sourcing special parts, or recommending other places to buy things.

Graham is awsome to deal with. Great vendor!

Bought a couple of S202 wheels from him with no problems at all and i will be buying other parts from him again in the future.

Bump for another great vendor!
