Does anyone have an extra 19mm Strut nut that fits on a KYb Gr-2 lying around? How bout an exhaust flange bolt that connects the downpipe to the midpipe?

I haven't tried it, but supposedly the pitch is the same as the nuts that hold the lower strut assembly to the hub, so you can use one of those. I think its a 14 x 1.5, but this is pretty vague, so don't take my word on that.
