Hey, how can I do this? Since he or they, WILL NOT reply to any of my emails, I want to cancel my order! Actually, I just want my part! But seriously, have any of you had to cancel an order with subaruparts.com (http://subaruparts.com) ? How can I be sure the order is cancelled, since I have yet to get a response about my first inquiry?

Any and all help is much appreciated.

Call them, they are really slow at replying to emails.

From their website

Reaching Us If you need to reach us, please email us at parts@wa.net, alternatively, you can call at 877-473-6200 or fax us at 253-474-6875 or write to us at Bruce Titus Auto Group 4030 South Tacoma Way, Tacoma, WA.

Trying to get a hold of Scott is much more difficult than it sounds, even by phone.

I've called and emailed him numerous times, your best bet: scott@subaruparts.com or call the dealership (not the 1-800) at 253-473-6200 and ask to speak to Scott, but insist "SCOTT and NOT his answerming machine" (that's where you'll be transfered otherwise).

I have bought from Subaru Parts, and in fact, I've got a pretty big order with them as we speak, I still have been unable to get a hold of him, but it doesn't worry me, as Scott has always come through. Never had an order problem.

I had the same problem, the parts will magically appear at your door in a week or so.

I e-mailed them twice this week already. They haven't responded to any one of them yet. What gives? I want some info, thats all.
So i'll ask you guys.
What size gauges fit in the stock gauge housing? I might get one of these.

You want him to respond?
PM him here: Partsace
email him, telephone him, telegram him. Whatever.

Somewhere in your message include this:
"I am dragging your name through the mud on the i-club due to your lack of respect and customer service. Please feel free to respond at any time. Thank you."
Maybe mention that you've solicited my help in getting his name thrashed. http://www.i-club.com/ubb-files/smilies/smile.gif When I told him I was slandering him on the i-club, he promptly called and emailed me back.
Last time it only took 6 weeks to answer a simple question... "Do you still have the oil filter/crush ring special, and do you accept MBNA points towards merchandise?"

Lisa at subaruparts.homestead.com/subaruparts.html got me the answer back within 24 hours I believe.

yeah...

i recommend subaruparts because they are CHEAP...

unfortunately, their cust. service is NOT the best... actually.. it doesnt exist!!

i personally will only order from them if i drive down there (1 hour away) myself and place the order....

I ordered my security upgrade kit from them and it took about 3 weeks to get the parts. From their web site status, it showed "the part avaiable and will be sent soon" from the 2nd day for 2 weeks and no one replied my mails until the beginning of 3rd week and they promised to send it right away... fortunately I got my part by the end of the 3rd week.
So I think eventually you will get your parts and the price is probably lower than others, if you don't mind to wait for at least 2 to 3 weeks.
Yes I do worry about if they go out of business at once, so remember to check how update on their web page or check with someone who have recently put order with them in this forum before you make your order is highly recommanded. Of course you may want to use a good bank credit card which will take care about all those bad charges to do all your online shopping.

They're really really nice and talkative until you give them your credit card number. After that, getting a hold of them is next to impossible. Trust me, I know...

Jamie - I asked Scott if I could come down and pick up the parts. He said I could, but I would be charged regular dealership prices instead of the discounted subaruparts.com prices. Bastage.

We are here and we are so backed-up. Our shipping person has moved on to better things last Tuesday and we are not getting a new one until Monday. We went from two people, doing really good, back down to one and there is already too much work for two! We are working on the emails, but with over 300 a day now, no one can answer them all. I am sorry that some of you think you are being ignored and we do not want to talk to you, but we are trying our best! About coming down to pick up the parts from our store, you are correct, you cannot pick them up from our facilities. We are a mail order business and we your parts must be shipped. This decision came down from the top and we had nothing to do with it. I do look at my PM and I do respond to them. I also have a special email address (scott@subaruaprts.com) that I read hourly.

Thanks for your patience,
