Well fellas I am in need of some money REALLY badly! I have some decent items up for sale. first up

HX35 holset turbo. This turbo is in good condition and has been modified to fit on a rotated t3 setup. internal waste gate has been welded and compressor ground in spots for clearance of motor. Seals have minor play in them just like any turbo and did not smoke. These turbos make GREAT power and compare to a gt35 turbo. I would like to get $100 plus shipping

Up next is my stock TMIC from my02 wrx. Intercooler is in good shape and does not leak. Some fins are bent but not damaged. There is a hole in the bottom of the intercooler that is tapped to a SMC alcohol injection nozzle. I dont know what these go for but $30 plus shipping would be nice but feel free to make me offers.

sent 2 pms about the turbo and no answer. I will take it and the downpipe that we talked about earlier...........

I ordered a turbo and a downpipe from this guy, I called him on the phone, he was very knowledgable about helping me build my custom turbo setup. I paid him the money through paypal, and waiting 10 days for it to come, it never showed up. I then called him and pmed him for about 3 days and he finally responded by apologizing saying that the ups held the package because their was an issue with the shipping of it. I said that was fine, so he assured me that he was sending it out the next day, that was over a week ago maybe even another 10 days, I know pm him once a day and call him 3times a day and he never picks up nor will he return my pms. I know he is on everyday but never returns my pm. I will be filing a complaint against paypal I guess. I have never done this so if someone could lend me a hand on how to take action, I would greatly appreciate it. He is located in new mexico, please help me.

I dont understand why you dont contact me for a whole week and then see that I reported you, so you just send me a refund. I never wanted a refund, I wanted that turbo.......

Well obviously for some reason he was unable to ship you the merchandise but at least you have your money back. Most of these threads don't end as well.
I'll leave this open for a while in case dukeduster has any further explanation to post, then I'll close it.

mudler, you can close this thread, I guess I got my refund, just agrivated that I wanted my turbo build to be done by last week and had to waste my time....thanx for the link but I will try on my own
