Just like the title says I have some Rs 6 spokes that i would like to trade for 06-07 17" stock wrx wheels. The Rs 6 spokes will fit over the 4 pot brakes. Mine have minor curbage on them. Will add pictures later. Also they were just balanced a month ago.

Trade for my painted/chipped/need powder coat wheels?
They're not really that bad, you could re-spray them and be 100% okay. Like 1 curb mark.

6 spokes are a lighter and stonger wheel.

umm i'm almost 100% positive they do not fit 4 piston brakes... The only RS wheels that fit the bigger brakes are the 5 spoke wheels that came on the slightly older RS's... (the ones that came in gold that everyone pays a pretty penny for)

What pads are you using? Fluid?

16" 6 spoke RS Wheels will clear the 4 pots...WRX stockers will not.

looking for new wheels for the spring. my car is driven a little on the street and mostly sees autocross and a few hpdes. ive been running stock 01 rs 16x7 with 225/50/16. the shoulder is not square enough, lots of roll over. i have avalible 2 sets of rota slipstreams 16x8. this would square it up and my breaks would fill it out nice. or should i get a 17x8. i would still use a 225 width. 225/45/17. i have the 4 pot 2 pot setup, i love it. i might even try a 245/45/16 mmmm. opinions welcome

Will not fit under standard 16" OEM Subaru wheels with the exception of 1998 - 2001 2.5RS wheels. You need 17" wheels to fit these calipers

Requires 16" x 7" wheels for proper fitment. Vehicles with 16" x 6.5" wheels (like the New Age Imprezas) can fit these brakes under factory wheels if a 3mm wheel spacer is used.

6 spokes fit my 4pots just fine. 6 spokes weigh 16lbs, where the 5 spoke weighs 16.5lbs. IIRC 6 spokes are STi GF8 wheels ;)

I traded my 98 Silver RS wheels for 06 17s stockers ,,, straight across.

If we talking more cash... then the guy with stock 17s should pay some for 98 RS wheels, Because they are Light, Strong, Rare, Awesome looking and fit over 4pot subaru brakes.
