lots of people run 100w bulbs for a pair of lights using the hella harness. As long as they're 55 watt bulbs and no bigger, 4 lights total should be fine. A 20 amp fuse would be right on the edge but should work

why do you want to run them on one harness? i can see using one switch to light them all up, but why risk running 4 lights on a single harness?
now, if you upgrade that stock hella harness then its fine to run them all on it. but, i wouldn't risk running 4 lights on a single harness. sure, some people dont have issues, and some will, its just not worth the risk for such a cheap item.
