tried to put two air horns on the two stock harnesses of my 05 rs on the stock relay that's in the fuse box. like i thought- they blew the horn relay. or i think they did. obviously not even the stock horns work, and now my cruise control doesn't work. here's the catch- i bought a new relay today, put it in, and stock horns don't work nor does the cruise control.

any ideas????? i know i should have made the horns their own relay, so save me the criticism LOL.

yeah i checked the fuse/relay (they are the same, right?), bought a new one, and nothing happened. same thing.

No. Fuses and Relays are not the same thing.

ok then where do i find the fuse? i found the "relay" in my little fuse box thing under the hood, but no horn "fuse"

the other fuse box is above the front hood release lever inside the car. it's right behind the coin tray... I don't know exactly, but there's a good chance it's in that one

Where is the horn relay located on a 1995 Impreza 1.8? Pictures would be awesome. The horn won't work when pressed at the steering wheel, you only hear a relay click under the dash. I just can't find the relay. The horn itself works, and the wiring going from under the dash to the horn is good. I am almost certain it's the relay. I just can't find it. Thanks.

My info says the relay is behind the dash on the left side. There are others there also. You may be able to feel which is the correct one by tapping on the horn switch and feel the vibration of the relay.
