Alot of cars get hung up or stuck and some "scramble" ECU's after unmarrying a cobb and going back to "revert to stock" and then trying to throw an OSECU flash on top of it. This happens to my car, it got hung up at 22%, luckily no damage was done. We don't know why this happens but cobb stock map has done this alot according to alot of tuners i have talked to and caused much aggravation.

I have found a trick on friends car that works good so far.

-Unmarry it
-Disconnect negative battery terminal 10 minutes
-Put back on, wait another 5 minutes
-Flash

It seems to be real stubborn to flashing immediatley after remarrying

Are you turning the ignition off and then on again after unmarrying the AP but before using Ecuflash?

yes you are disconnecting the battery and resetting the "cobb stock" flash

No, I'm saying that if you turn the ignition off and then on after unmarrying the Cobb, it will likely flash just fine with Ecuflash. If you unmarry the Cobb and leave the ignition on and then go to flash with Ecuflash you might have problems. I don't know this for sure, but I thought I would throw that out there.

I had no problem removing the AP and flashing using ECUflash.

I've reflashed several cars immediately after unmarrying without issue. I think I am going with Tea Cups, you probably didn't turn the ignition off and back on before trying to flash before.

most definitely did, and had the same problem with many reputable tuners in the area saying the same thing
