i recently bought a MY98 2ltr nasp sport, which has a std immobiliser.
prob is i bought it from a breakers yard and they diddnt have the keys (with the transponder chip in)

i need to start the car! so which do i join or earth?

There was never an immobilizer option for US model Subarus. The first factory-installed immobilizer here was on the model year 05 STi.
If you can't get assistance from your regional forums your best bet would be to get the wiring manual from Subaru.
