I dont have the most tools, I could do it in my garage though.

Who could help with engine/tranny? And who could help with wiring COMPLETELY CORRECT?

I am trying to figure out what to do when I buy everything. I want it done in a weekend if possible, and I will pay money, buy beer, and buy food. It wont be for a couple months, but I want to try and line up some help and try to do this myself. It would be a great learning experience for me. Just let me know if you have done this before and if you would be down in a couple or so months. Thanks!!!

Yeah, babies keep you BUSY! I have 2 kids myself, which is part of the reason Ive been hesitating on buying what I need for the swap. I cant really have toooo much downtime, and its gotta be running right. Im not so worried about it running right as I am on how long it will take. 1-2 weeks tops is what I would like. Maybe all wiring in a weekend if its possible? That would be perfect.

Having done this a few times Im gonna go ahead and say that it's not gonna happen in a couple weeks, for your first time anyway. Even if you use everything from the donor car you will still have a lot of wiring to do. If you use the donor dash that would make things easier as well. Still a list of things that need to be spliced into the existing harness. If you really want to try and get this done within a couple weeks, start studying wiring diagrams but more so, ecu pinouts for both cars. You will most definitely need wiring diagrams and pinouts for both your car and the donor car. Then at that point start figuring out which wires need to be spliced into the new harness. I would help out but I will be out of state by the time you start this. Good luck!
