The one cover that goes on the rear gate and covers the wiper motor? Yeah got it in light grey. I can ship that part.

I had no check engine lights and the car seemed to run good all the way from the dealer to my house. They were removed after that.

I never said it was a full kit. I have the parts in the pics, I might have the on/off button and if you find out what else is needed I still have the full wire harness. Might find another part on that. Since your close to me your welcome to check it all out.

If the shipping for the sway bars and all their bits is $20 or less then I'll take those for sure too. FedEx usually has really good rates, so make sure to check with them. My zip is 03063. If shipping is more than $20, I'll see if a better shipper can be found first then I'll decide; I really do want them.
I'll have to ask someone about the HVAC controls to see if it'll work in a '95 Impreza.
