These Interiors are BRAND NEW, and where only used during the loading and unloading of the vehicles. They came from Prodrive, and are out of to be build Rally Cars.

Door Cards: If yon notice, it they still have the Tape on the bottom that comes on the interiors from Subaru, so that the doors do not get scuffed up from Test Drivers.
Due to the Door Card being of a RHD car, the window switches of the OEM doors will need to be transfered.

what does it take to swap the door panel switches? It would seem like the entire fabric portion would need to be swapped to the other side?

From what I can tell, it looks like you just pop out the stock ones, and put them into the new door cards.

how much better are these seats compared to the stock US version?

These seats are MUCH better.
They are tighter around body, with more side support, as well as more support for your legs.
The USDM seats are designed for bigger Americans, where as these seats are designed for the smaller Japanese people.
