Are studded tires available or soon to be available at the Conti dealerships? I have friends who will be in the market for studs for an Outback, and other friends in need of tires for a Volvo XC70. Hankooks?

I should have one this along time ago, now it responds better with less roll. So much better, it feels like a Go-kart Thank you what else do you have for suspension?
