Anyone know where I can get instructions on a rear drum to disc brake conversion?

I have a 2000 impreza outback and got all the parts I needed off of an 02 WRX.

I was under the impression that the OBS models came with ABS rear discs since '99 or so...

Nope OBS had rear disc from 02' up.

You can find some older L wagons and LS wagons that came with the rear discs. Also in coupes and sedans.

As far as your directions to do the swap:
You will need to swap your entire hubs. As long as you have new ebrake cables and you dont care about saving your old cables you can just cut those to make it quicker and easier. Note the route of the ebrake cable though. You will need to route your new ebrake line the same way.

Disconnect: (this is the order i use)
Lateral Link bolt that goes through hub.
Trailing arm bolt that goes through hub. (hardest part done!)
brake line
abs line (if you have abs, obviously)
ebrake line (done from inside at the handle)
axle nut
2 strut bolts

hub comes off.

Do reverse to install. Do not completely tighten all bolts till everything is fitted.
