i put the int. connectors and the test one on and put the accessport to the car, and bam it will not even turn on..... tryed everything........ will not come on at all.... any ideas what is wrong, its broken right???? and yes i bought it brand new

what version? if it's V1 then it will come on when you plug it into the wall or even whenever it's plugged into a car reguardless if it's on or not

its a brand new v2

Check to see if it turns on when you plug it into your usb port on your pc. If it does not then it's probably dead and you'll need to get ahold of cobb for an RMA
