View Full Version : GI: OEM LGT Spoiler
AKLGT 07-03-2007, 05:59 PM I'm taking the factory spoiler off my LGT. if anyone is interested in it, i'm looking to get $100 for it plus any shipping costs. STILL AVAILABLE
*SOLD STI Tranny Mount*
I also picked up an STI tranny mount, but didn't realize it would not fit on the LGT (AT). this will fit on MT, not sure if it will fit on the 6MT spec B too (i would think it would). $60 and it's yours. slightly used for about 3000 miles.
*edit for pics*

AKLGT 07-05-2007, 01:40 AM spoiler if off the car, will post pics later.
Hmmm I wonder if the spoiler is too wide to fit on a WRX trunk... If it will fit on it.. I want it hope =)
AKLGT 07-05-2007, 12:26 PM you're welcome to take a look.... i have no idea. i'll try and measure the spoiler and compare it to the sti trunk lid.
Yeah if you could measure, that would rock =)
AKLGT 07-05-2007, 11:25 PM ok, well we placed it on Matthew's WRX to see where it would line up. actually, i think it'd look kinda cool, not sure why someone else hasn't put one of these on their rex... however the regular spots you'd have the WRX wing would not fit, you have to use the outer parts of the trunk for mounting.... just check out the pics.
looks good.. I get paid a week from today, i want it =P
also id like to take a template of the holes in your trunk..
AKLGT 07-06-2007, 01:11 PM unfortunately, i didn't think of that until after the holes were filled. sorry.. :( however, i'm sure there's a way to get a copy of the instructions or template, or trace the screws/tabs.
i'll keep on hold for you, just let me know if you want it for sure. :)
Mavrik 07-06-2007, 01:37 PM I can print off instructions if needed.
that would be cool! I might just have a body shop do it, so I know its straight. They are gonna have to paint it anyway
AKLGT 07-09-2007, 06:25 PM i'll bring the spoiler with me to the event on Saturday if you want it. :) hopefully i will have my car back by Weds or Thurs.
i won't be around on saturday.. ill let ya know when i can pick it up ;)
AKLGT 07-10-2007, 01:32 AM no prob. just let me know.
Hope, this is gonna have to wait a week or 2, ive got some stuff I need to take care of that just came up.. Sorry =(
Hi-Speed Solutions 07-11-2007, 12:27 PM no prob. it's in my garage for now, so just let me know. besides, i'm busy and no time to fuss with it. ;)

SleeperLGT 09-09-2007, 07:39 AM What's the benefit of the STI tranny mount?
Firestrike 09-09-2007, 03:52 PM What's the benefit of the STI tranny mount?
Power transfer to the wheels is more solid, less flex when shifting under load and around corners. Shifter won't move around as much.
prometheum 09-10-2007, 03:46 AM you had 2 sti tranny mounts? didn't i buy one?
