Hey are you sure the pedal/steering wheel work on a PC? The reviews I'm reading all say PS2. I might be able to swing by and pick them up tomorrow.

I have used it playing the Live for Speed demo. According to their forums it works for the full version of the game too.

My PC is circa 2000 so that's the only game I've used it on (besides ps2/ps3 games).

Yeah I just read around and I think I want it, but amazon has them listed brand new for 100. Ebay for a new one is like 60 + 20 shipping. Any way you could come down a bit? If so I can pick it up tomorrow afternoon sometime.

Sounds good. NASIOC says I can't PM you, I'll be coming over there tomorrow to run to Chaplins and Kito Auto Sport. I can either come before which will be ~1ish or I can come after which will be ~7ish. Email me if this works for you and we'll figure it out.

Looks like you already figured it out, but yes. This wheel absolutely works on a PC, but you just won't have force feedback (but it will be self-centering... acts as those it just has springs!) :)

Also, there is a trick to change the wheel from 200-deg mode to 900-deg mode on a PC (since it won't automatically change like on a PS2)... hold "Select" + "R3" + the right paddle shifter. :)

(oh... and go get Live for Speed... only racing game you will EVER need)

sorry for the hijack! bump!
