i notice that U.S. model (RS) is much better looking cuz of its bigger fog lights... is it possible to get one in Canada? what about insurance? do they cover if i get involved in a accident later on? the salesman told me that our bumper is different due to Government regulations... need some inputs here...

Yeah, it's a real looker, but the cut the rebar in half. So instead of 10km bump ratio, it decreases to 5km... it depends if you are willing to take that risk... So insurance companies will allow you to do it... others won't... you have to check it with yours

Yes u can get it at the Subaru Dealer across canada. i have asked the price for it, it's at least $1200 for the retail price.
