Well I have seen cars with the Front windows tinted. From all the ppl I have talked to they say it's illegal. My point is that I travel North/South long enough that I would dearly love to have the front windows tinted. Yes it is illegal. But you can do it, as long as its not too crazy the cops don't seem to mind. Of course that also depends on your luck. You just might bump into a really nasty one~

I spoke to a motorcycle cop in Vancouver about this last year. He said that the people with front tints get ticketed all the time.

A guy I know got pulled over the first day he had his front window tint put on his Mustang. He had to take it off that day. I drove around in my bright blue lowrider for a year with the front windows blacked right out and I was never once even asked about it.
Just depends on what kind of luck you have.

well...there are usually 4 levels of window tint: 50% (lightest), 35%, 15%, 5% (darkest)...
personally i have 35% all around for a year and i never have any problem w/ it...so does all of my friends who got the same tint w/ me...
yet i only heard one gal who has 15% at the back and 35% up front and got a ticket and had to take it off...that's it...so ur luck, the darkness and the combination of darkness will all affect if u will be ticketed or not...
