This guys scammed me for 171 dollars. I bought swaybar and endlink from him but he never sent it and ignored my communication attempts. He might take your money and never give it back so watch out.

Mulder 07-18-2007, 12:06 AM I smell a scammer, moving to the scammer area. Skyline please post updates.
SkylineR35GTRx 07-18-2007, 04:28 PM Will do.
I have tried to contact him through iwsti.com, nasioc.com, myspace, email, and instant messaging and EVERYTHING has been ignored. I filed a dispute and escalated to a claim on paypal. I am still awaiting his response. He logs onto iwsti.com and myspace but completely ignores me. If I do not get my funds back from paypal, I will go to my credit card company, and if they don't do anything, I will go to the proper authorities.
I'll let you guys know what happens with paypal.
TattooLost 07-19-2007, 06:55 PM Good luck! Seems to be more and more scammers around lately. :(

SkylineR35GTRx (5:42:18 PM): you can hide behind your computer now and ignore me, but when the police comes knocking at your door, you won't be happy

Poekin 07-20-2007, 11:36 AM that sucks bro, paypal will hook you up with your money tho, especially if you paid with a credit card. Still sucks tho =/
SkylineR35GTRx 07-24-2007, 09:51 AM Ok, I don't know if I should be happy or sad. Paypal decided in my favor but could not recover all the funds. Atleast I get 100 back, but he still owes me 71 dollars. This is what paypal had to say..
We have completed our investigation of this case. We attempted to process a refund from the seller's account to your account. Unfortunately, the seller's account does not contain the funds necessary to cover this refund. We were able to recover $100.92 USD. We have taken action against the seller and are working to recover the remainder of your refund. We will contact you when we have more information. No further action is required of you at this time.
I remember reading that once a case closed I'm pretty much out of luck. I will contact paypal to see what else they are doing or else I am going to call my credit card company and see what they can do .
crazyGC8 07-24-2007, 01:48 PM Yeah, thats all you'll get out of paypal. Call your CC company, they'll reimburse you. The thing that sucks about that though is he's getting away with your 71 dollars!! Good Luck!!;)
SkylineR35GTRx 07-24-2007, 03:57 PM Thanks man, I'll call my c/c company sometime today. This stupid scammer. He lives in Massachusetts and i have only a bit of info. i'm sure if i dug deeper and called the FBI or police, i could get more done. im not sure if it's worth the trouble yet, i'll see after i find out information from my credit card company. this kid needs to be taught a lesson. he's 20 years old and looks like a douche. i have a picture of him from myspace.
SkylineR35GTRx 09-04-2007, 12:29 AM Last Update:
I called my c/c company and filled out a form and sent it to the billing department. They got my money back and now I have 100% of my money back. BoA is awesome. Word of advice, always ALWAYS used credit card to pay with paypal. Notice how hard they try for you to NOT use your c/c? Always offering their own c/c or telling you to use your bank account.
