I got my RS to Richmond Subaru to fix the differential. Apparently they park my car outside and on Monday someone stole my stock spoiler and V5 bumper signal lights!!!! ****!

If someone is trying to sell you these parts, don't buy it and please contact me immediately.

not the first time someone has had stuff stolen from their car on the rmd subaru lot.

In fact, my yellow subaru emblem and yellow V5 bumper covers (the cover under the signal lights) got stolen as well... :-(

I am going to write a letter to Subaru and complain about 4-door RS's spoiler, I think that's the reason why people steal spoiler. They should put this spoiler on all RS!!!

This is my first post... So I hope this turns up. But Is your car a 2 of 4 dr? Cause I have a 4dr and if someone out there is taking 4 dr RS spoilers, I will be quite paranoid.

Well, my RS is 2 dr. I am not saying the 4dr spoiler is not good, but I think a lot of 4dr owners want to put the 2dr spoiler onto their car. That's why I said Subaru should use the same spoiler for all RS.

Thanks for your offer, I claimed ICBC already and Richmond Subaru said they will give me my deductable back. However, I am thinking about getting a lawyer to sue them 'cause when we take our cars back to the dealer for repair, parts shouldn't get stolen man!! I don't ****ing care whether it's actually someone on the street or someone inside Richmond Subaru. This should've never happened!!

hehee...I have a 4door spoiler if anyone wnats..hehehe..I am kinda happy they don't come with the bigger spoiler...cuz if it did..I would not have been able to swindle my dad into getting me the syms spoiler...hahahha...lol...

D-man: No way! I think RMD Subaru should cover ur damage instead of you claim ICBC and make ICBC pays for it...coz it's RMD Subaru's responsibilty to protect their customer's car for being stolen parts from their lot...like better security or sth...even a security guard stays there for overnight or sth...

Hey D-man, I saw your car there yesterday, the same thing happened to me there too, except mine was parked there for more then a month.

I think you should sue them instead of claiming ICBC. Even when I first got my car there, they said that tons of tires got stolen there, and they claimed ICBC. There is really a problem about their security.

I am getting some legal advice from my company lawyers. If possible, I'll take legal action for sure. Anyway, I am going to send a letter to Subaru's Toronto head office to report about this. RMD Subaru has to improve their security. I am not sure why ICBC is not curious about this. If I were ICBC, I would definitely think that an insider did all the stealing.
