Im looking at upgrading the drivers seat and putting in a harness. Im looking at the sparco fighter seats and need a harness (no cage or bar)

whats the best way to go about mounting the seat? Im 6ft and need to make sure i have room for a helment.

and what harness should i go with since i dont have a cage or bar to mount to?
