Chris I woke up this morning and checked out Nasioc and I saw a personal attack from you. Since the thread got closed and I did not get a chance to explain myself I will do it here on this thread.

#1 I was left with a bunch of **** plies when my previous tuner and I decided it was best to part.

#2 I aimed you to thank you for doing a good job on my friends Cobalt you tuned VIA HP tuners, he was pleased.

#3 During our conversation I asked you IF you where happy @ your current place of employment, and that was it. You Told me Danny the boss and yourself are great friends and that you could never do that. I respect you very much for that.

#4 I never BEGGED you to work for me, or even TOLD anyone that Chris from XX tuning was joining forced. That my friend is a huge lie. I asked a mutual customer of our hows Chris as a tuner.

#5 I even called your employer Dan and explained my situation to him afterwards about a few flower pots that where left here for me to finish up, and if he had time to look @ them. He said he was booked 1 month in advanced. I then asked him with all do respect, if it was possible to have you come down on your own time or company time and help me get these car straighted up and I would gladly pay him up front for travel time and your services.

#6 He said that it would be a conflict on interest and that he would not want to make my shop look good. He also brought up the fact of our previous conversation where I asked you if you were happy @ XX tuning. I did not deny our conversation.

#7 I did not maniplulate the dyno, thats not my style, besides it cannot be done, that is one a handful that cannot manipulate the dyno.

#8 I did not try to steal any buisness from you and your company. If a customer of yours or The Shops land on my door for advice or a re-tune.. you bet im going to help him, im not going to say (Hey you know I dont want your buisness im not here to survive) please go back the Chris @ XX or The Shop. Buisness is Buisness @ the end of the day if the customer is satisfied it pleases me.

#9 Im am extreemly happy with Big Al (Dyno Flash) he is a stand up guy and does a job tuning. Its a passion for him its not about the $$$. Yes we all need to eat but at the end of the day if he spends more time perfecting a tune and dosent look to be compensated for the extra time.

#10 I want to thank you personally on line for sending the young man down with the E36 M3. I found and repaired the problem for him.

#11 I woiuld really appreciate it when BAFOON"S jump in to bash Al and make their little comments that you as a proffesional; would not participate in all of the drama, you are a tuner and should know better than that. As far as stating I like DRAMA your so wrong Chris. I am self made and have an incredible buisness. This Tuning thing to me is a passion and does not by any means pays my bills. Its very convenient to have BIG Al their as a tunes to accomidate the growth of the performance side of my buisness. The Staff Al and Brian and myself will be greatly stepping things up on the performance side of things, since I do have a proffesional tuner in house that I can rely on. The sky is the limit from here on.

#12 This post is to let the NASIOC members know my end of the story and how I feel about things and plan I continue to help and support my customers here on Nasioc

This comes from my mouth and what I have seen from Al. Maybe one day you should stop by my facility and see for yourself.

It's hilarious....... i think all of you guys that hate each other so much should get together and work it out. No......im being serious. I am all for a competive nature but this is starting to get rediculous. Who the **** cares what numbers you made or what smoothing it's on. The bottom line is " Are you customer's happy with the tune, and will they come back to see you." That's it!!!!!!.

Either that or we need to rename the Fourm. And im cool with that too.

I agree. And in all due respect, not to start an argument but ever since AL joined this forum and started all these post thats when all the fighting started. Search the date yourself.

I agree with you, I do not have any issues with any tuners or anyone on the board. There is alot of buisness to go around. As long as the customer is happy thats all that matters at the end of day. :)

All tuners dont tune the same exact way and think the way they tune a car is the best of course. If you all tuned the same then it wouldnt matter who went to who and all cars would have the same numbers ect...people are going to go to whomever they want to.

I do belive though that there is always going to be competition for business, especially in the same region. If there is a problem it should be done in private via email, pm, or telephone and not in front of customers or potential customers. This could end up making both sides look bad.

I do very much agree with 150%. I just wanted to clear the air since I felt I was attacked publically without any kind of defense. I am totally on the same page as you, and respect you for honest opinion on this matter, as I say (Nothing good can from from this) in certain situations.

I COULDNT AGREE WITH YOUR MORE!!!!!!!!!

everytime i come on here its some customer fighting with a tuner meanwhile 100% of the time the customer didnt even tell the tuner anything was wrong. they left them with a smile on the face and as soon as they get home they jump right on this forum to tell everyone how the car runs like crap or the shop did a crappy job.

I think you'll find 90% of the people here rather immature. :) Nature of spending money on cars.

Chris I woke up this morning and checked out Nasioc and I saw a personal attack from you. Since the thread got closed and I did not get a chance to explain myself I will do it here on this thread.

#1 I was left with a bunch of **** plies when my previous tuner and I decided it was best to part.

Sorry you feel that way about Junior, and your situation, but that had nothing to do with me.

#2 I aimed you to thank you for doing a good job on my friends Cobalt you tuned VIA HP tuners, he was pleased.

No problem, glad he's happy

#3 During our conversation I asked you IF you where happy @ your current place of employment, and that was it. You Told me Danny the boss and yourself are great friends and that you could never do that. I respect you very much for that.

#4 I never BEGGED you to work for me, or even TOLD anyone that Chris from XX tuning was joining forced. That my friend is a huge lie. I asked a mutual customer of our hows Chris as a tuner.

George, I never said that you begged me to work for you, you bugged me to work for you. Here is my EXACT statement:

Not sure what pisses you off more, the fact that you offered me a job three months ago and I declined, or the fact that I wouldn't tune your car at either your shop or mine. You bragged to people that you were going to hire me, that I was going to be the new tuner at ICS! Wow, am I glad I am loyal to my customers and my shop because that would have been a bad decision on my part.

First of all, you didn't call my employer, you called me, then I told you that you need to talk Dan about me doing work for you so I forwarded the call because I didn't want to be put in the middle anymore.

#6 He said that it would be a conflict on interest and that he would not want to make my shop look good. He also brought up the fact of our previous conversation where I asked you if you were happy @ XX tuning. I did not deny our conversation.

Yes he did, I was right there when he did. I am completely open and honest with my boss, I tell him everything... Maybe it's why we are so good at what we do.

#7 I did not maniplulate the dyno, thats not my style, besides it cannot be done, that is one a handful that cannot manipulate the dyno.

That is for you to know and for everybody else to make assumptions.

I respect that. Not sure what you are getting at here?

#9 Im am extreemly happy with Big Al (Dyno Flash) he is a stand up guy and does a job tuning. Its a passion for him its not about the $$$. Yes we all need to eat but at the end of the day if he spends more time perfecting a tune and dosent look to be compensated for the extra time.

The bottom line is that you did want to hire me, you drove me nuts... But you did what you had to do. I have nothing against you personally, but maybe it's somebody else that is causing all the problems down there in your area... Seems that everybody got along just fine until this person got involved.

I am done with this, I posted dyno sheets two weeks ago, and I told myself I wouldn't get dragged into the drama, but yet again, I was.... Oh well, back to what I should be doing.

Take care,

Chris

Yes you do have a point although, the public only see one end of the story. Im not here to bash Chris by any means, I have spoken to him before and he seems like a great guy. My feeling towards him still remain the same.

First, keep it off the boards. No one needs to be involved in your arguement. Try using PMs.

Second, neither of you is a paying vendor and I've been noticing 'covert' advertising from you. That isn't acceptable. Continue and it will be dealt with more harshly than this post.
