I am looking for a diagram that I seen a long while back. It shows the flow of the coolant through the engine block. I am having some overheating issues and want to check for any plugged passages and I think this will help me. If everything good, then I am going to check afr and timing.

Which engine block? Seems kinda important, eh?

Check your radiator to see if its clogged (check the upper and lower radiator hose temps) and also check for CO2 in the coolant.

With the rad cap off, I can see fluid travel through the rad. I did some datalog runs yesterday and everything is about 188 - 195 F until I come to a stop. I just bought a new cap for the header tank and I am going to try that tonight to see if I get the same amount of fluid in my overflow tank and watch my temp when I stop. I am also going to hook up my wideband to make sure my afr's haven't gone bad at idle.
I was hoping for that diagram that showed the flow through the engine mainly to store with the rest of the crap I have on my computer that deals with my subaru.

do your fans work first of all, it sounds like youre saying it gets hot when you stop.
FYi, my K thermostat somehow started to open at hotter temps than it used to.

I have to replacement electric fans and they are both working and I am turning both on at 92C. I have a new KOYO that is definitely flowing. I am going to get a new thermostat tomorrow and see if that works. I hooked up my wideband and I am running a little leaner at cruising, but slightly richer at idle and a heavier load. If replacing thermo doesn't help, then I am leaning towards a water pump that is starting to go bad or a slipping timing belt (ie not enough pressure from idler pulley).
