No you cannot flash the older NA Subarus with the Tactrix cable as of yet. Only some of the ECUs have the ability to be reflashed through the OBDII port but the Opensource software does not support yet. Turbo models only.

like was already stated no, this cable only works for 2001 and Newer Denso ECU's.

So how come my car has been reflashed for more than 10 times :)
stock ecu reflash no ecutek or nothing .

How was your car reflashed? Why dont you use that method?

my tuner did reflash the car, i just want to monitor it , i guess i have to ask him what he use :)

I think Ecutek might have something to reflash those ECUs.

93-98(ej20g/ej20k) non flashable period (no flash) prom based
99-00 ecutek flash 99 (lachutte is the only dealer in North America to have flash 99) and supposedly it has a marginal failure rate

i have no idea what vulpina's tuner is using? its not open ecu
