Does that mean that you wrap a overlay over the pieces we send to you?

^^ I'm pretty sure he sends you ones he already has made up...but he needs to keep up his supply of parts. Hence the need to send it your parts.

We wrapped the stock pieces with CF. The reason why we're doing this is because with this method, they will still retain the OEM fitment.

Yes, we have all the CF parts in stock, so you don't have to wait for a month or two to have your parts done.

Well... the GC8 is my beater... I looked for the most fun driving beater I could find. :) And with the Prodrive wheels, short shifter and Advan Neova tires, FUN is definitely what it is! :D

I still got the BMW M3 though.
Ended up spending $30k for modding the car in only 18 months. :huh: Sometimes, I can't even believe it. I gotta stop modding BMWs... Too expensive. haha.
If you can get Roundel magazine, my car's in the upcoming December '07 issue.

I see you still got the Boxster though and still crazy into carbon fiber. :cool:

Just an update for you. i just got the oem shifter center area from subaru after waiting 2 weeks. i sent it today so you should get it early next week.

As far as the doorcards are concerned, i found out from the guy that built them that they fit like crap so im not going to wrap those. i bought speakers and im going to make a spacer and see if they clear the stock doors, if they do, i can send out my stockers asap, if they dont i'll have to fiberglass and bondo. If i do have to fibergalss what type of surface do you need? how smooth should the bondo or fiberglass be sanded?

I have to find out if this is do-able or not. The main reason why is because it will be deattached from the main doorcard and it's going to flex a lot which will caused problem once the wrapping is done (because it will lose the flexibility). The turn-around time is depending on when we're shipping our parts again. Usually it takes about a month or two for custom orders.

The 05-07 dash kit will be available in two weeks. As for the center console, that will be a custom job.

All the parts that I listed are in stock (except the dash trim kit, but will be available in two weeks). It will take about 2 weeks for the complete process (you're sending your stuff to us and we'll ship the CF to you).

Our CF parts are replacement parts (OEM parts wrapped with CF), and yes, everything still works on the mirrors because it's pretty much a USDM mirrors :)

Im wondering the same thing, he has $1300+ of parts for me that were supposed to ship mid february, ive tried to contact him twice since then with no response, on his non-vendor screenname he hasnt signed in since 3/3/08. i think on the speed architect screen name, its been since late february. does anyone know how else to contact him?

Believe me i know of his quality to, my entire interior is pretty much done by him. Im sorry that his dad is sick and i only wish the best for him and his family.

However, i have waited 6 months for a custom part and 3 months for parts he told me he had in stock. ive tried contacting him through email various times over the past 3 months with no response. I know of another member who got a response from him through email last week so i know hes seen mine.

I'm not angry about the time that it has taken at all. It's the lack of communication and not knowing if i will recieve my parts or my 1300 back. I think you would be a little angry as well if you were in my position.

i don't mean to sound like a dick but i'm sure you can see my point. I also don't think its too much ask of him to get a status update.
