Its a 96 mint condition car. Im in Dom Rep. to ship there is like 1000 USD

so in five years, with countless inspections and swapping in american safety parts (bumpers, glass, prolly airbag systems?) he can import the car legally. If you try to do it before then, if they find the car at the port, they immediatly cut it in half, no questions asked.
