SubaSonic 01-10-2002, 03:16 PM I sent my paintball gun to an airsmith named Doc Nickle in the Anchorage area over a year ago.I havent heard a word from him since last February. My frequent attempts to locate this "gentleman" has not been sucessful. The man is some sort of legend in the paintball community due to the quality of his work. If someone knows this individual please forward his addess as I would ask the local sheriff to inquire on my project status. I do NOT wish this person any harm. I only want my paintball gun back (A Shocker Turbo). Please PM me if you can help. Thanks!Steve
KapaFool 01-10-2002, 10:18 PM Does he have a place of business here. Paintball of Alaska, etc.
WRXnFX 01-11-2002, 05:00 AM We'll do what we can. Since you sent it to him, then you must have his address. More info will help us locate the thief.
SubaSonic 01-11-2002, 10:48 AM I dont belive this is a theft. Extremely slow? Yes! As I previously mentioned, this guy is considered to be a legend. This is due to the high quality of craftsmanship and insight as to the workings of electopueumatic devices. I sent my paintball gun to an Alaska P.O. box in November 2000. I have tried numerous e-mail messages and also have my local paintball store trying to locate this guy (also no luck). He has a web site www.docsmachine.com but no phone #. Please don't flame this guy. His web sites has been up and down due to server problems. I don't want to generate bad karma. I don't know if he is getting my e-mail but it's not comming back undeliverable. I would like to send the sheriff by. If my Shocker is lost or stolen I would like to know (I have Insurance). If it is still a work in progress I would like to know that also. Winter here in central Arizona is prime paintball season (no heat). I have a back-up marker but I truly miss my SHOCKER!
KapaFool 01-11-2002, 09:09 PM I know some people that play paintball, I'll ask people at work.
