I dont remember the exact number but I know the 05 STI used the same pump as the WRX. Which IIRC was 140lph.

All GSS342s are direct drop in. Only the 341 requires a kit. If they are selling you a kit they are either selling you a 341, or they are selling you something you dont actually need. There is nothing wrong with the 341, it just needs a kit to install :)

Exactly the same. The difference is the fitment. They both flow 255L/hr.
The 341 needs the instal kit, the 342 is a direct drop in and doesnt need it.
