Ingredients are:
Redline Lightweight Shockproof - 1 quart
Pennzoil Synchromesh - 1 quart
Castrol Hypoy C 80W90 Gear Oil - 1.5 quarts

Cooking instructions:
1. Drain tranny of old fluid
2. Pour Shockproff in
3. Pour Synchromesh in
4. Pour 1 quart of Castrol and in then slowly top off with the 2nd quart
5. Go drive like a bat out of hell and feel the smoothness!

I need to service the diffs front and rear as well as the 6mt in my 05 STi. Do you sell a package for doing them all at the same time? I do not even know what gear oil I need for the front and rear diffs. Would I need the T70 bit?

If you go into the STi section on the web page, choose that cocktail, it has the extra qt needed for the 6spd case. Then add a qt of the 75w-90 redline gear oil in the fluid section for the rear diff.
