So I saw this item on ebay couple of days ago - "JDM" headlights with a 6000k HID kit - and the seller was also claiming they were for LEFT HAND DRIVE vehicle. Does a HID kit correct the right hand drive problem found with the JDM headlights or are there additional modifications necessary? :confused: oh and of course these are for the bugeye...

No an HID kit doesn't "fix" the RHD beam pattern of the JDM lights, in fact it makes the situation worse by increasing the light output and thus the unwanted glare as well.
Only EDM lights would have the correct LHD beam pattern.
