I was trying to disable the a/c when my defroster was on by cutting the purple wire in the climate control. I though to myself before I ripped all the plastic trim appart if there was an easier way. I then looked under the car and there was a wire harness and giant plug right by the climate control above the driver side foot well.

There was indeed a purple wire there, I was wondering if anyone had a pin out of these wires so I could make sure I don't cut the wrong one and my car blows out (haha, j/k). This would be a helluva lot easier than ripping the dash appart.

just gotta find where these wires go,

It's not that big a deal to pull the HVAC controls out, just cut the purple wire or loosen the screw and rotate the microswitch out of the way so it won't operate.

It's one piece of trim and two screws. It was detailed on the last PRoN.
