Does anyone have any advice on options for replacement HID bulbs for an STi's stock HID system? Has anyone changed from stock HID bulbs to a different type/style of HID bulb? Any pics?

The OEM HID bulb should be a D2S. As far as I know its just a direct replacment. If you are looking for a different color just get a D2S bulb with the corresponding Kelvin level for the color you want..... I think thats what your asking

if its for your 04 STI, the stock bulb should be D2R. the only thing you can change them to is some goofy color. but i would stick with stock color.

Correct,
D2R bulbs are for a reflector headlamp, while D2S are for projector (06+ STi).

Thanks for the help. No one has any pics of an STi with different color bulbs or anything do they? I really don't know why I am so curious to see different HID bulbs in an STi, but it's probably because I have never seen it :lol:
