I picked this up some time ago but never got around to installing them. They are pretty much brand new and have never been installed; they've just been sitting in the garage. They come with gaskets and the bolts for installation. I'm looking to get $115 shipped or $100 picked up for them.

is that equal lengths?

As far as I know, they are unequals. I will try and measure them in a bit to be certain.

what kind of flange for the up pipe. I have a t3/t4 turbo.

gling: i have a friend who will probably want these. sending him the link now. he'll PM you. (hes been looking for cheap headers, since they're going to be slightly modified / welded anyways)
