I was part of Lisa's unfortunate STi Motor/Tranny mount group buy and, for the record, still think she's a very good dealer to buy from. I've bought other parts from her since and wouldn't hesitate to do it again.

When the rest of the US didn't have it...Lisa got me the Silver WRX spoiler I wanted. The card got charged. I PM'ed her..she sent me the tracking number within a few hours... she is very nice to deal with, would not hesistate to buy from her again

Lisa s the best,,I know she has had some recent grp buy problems,but other then that she is one of the best vendors we have .Ive gotten many parts from her and they were all taken care of in a friendly professional manner.Besides that she s got an 800 #(which i wish more people would use rather then cluttering up the board with questions) which many vendors dont have.
Like Nick said ,I hope her recent problems dont discourage her from getting us the parts we need at a reasonable price.

Parts are packaged well for shipping. I have never got a damaged product for them. I have purchased about 10 times from them.

Service and cost is better than Subaruparts.com ( I have to pay tax also from subaruparts)

Only one complaint is that it takes a long time for stuff to ship from them to me, but for free it is not that bad.

Lisa has been VERY reliable in getting parts and very reasonable in her pricing.

Shipping isn't a problem for me, since I go pick my stuff up, :D however I've heard nothing but good stuff about her packaging and shipping times.

She has also provided invaluable support in helping organize all of the meets we have in Atlanta. I hope to keep a working relationship with Lisa well into the future.

Now, where's my 20 bucks Lisa? ;)

I had a good experience with Lisa. One of the side skirts she sent me had a bump (minor defect). I called her about it and she sent a replacement right away, no questions or hassles. Now that is what I call service. I would not hesitate to buy from her again.

Sugar (Lisa) has saved my hide many a time with killer prices on OEM parts. From fenders to O2 sensors and even whole motors, she's the best for genuine parts.

After participating in the STi motor mount/STi rear brake fiasco, Lisa has come through, despite getting ripped by her ex, EX vendor TRi Tuning. I was one of the lucky ones who actually got my mounts, but TRi never delivered on the rear brake kit, so Lisa is biting the bullet and refunding me as finances permit. I've already received a majority payment, so my hat's off to her.

I've gotten my 20 mm bar, a trunk light kit and the dual cup holders from Lisa.

Excellent service every time.

The only thing bad that happened was with the 20 mm bar. It didn't have the rubber mounts in the box so she 2nd day air'd them the day I called. :D

I'm definitely recommending and ordering from Lisa in the future.

So, what happened to Lisa? I guess she is not working for Troncalli anymore. Also Troncalli is not selling subaru anymore.

She is not responding to my emails and I need to get hold of her.

From what I understand Troncalli sold their Subaru francise...I would think that a new Subaru dealership would be opening close to Troncalli's location with a new name. Last time I talked to Lisa a week or so back I asked her to be sure to let us know where she went, haven't heard from her.

Well the problem is I got a defective part from them a couple weeks ago and now nobody wants to take responcibility for replacing it at troncolli or the new dealership. Lisa is not with either any more and it looks like I am screwed again.

Part did not have a receipt in the box with it like normal either.

Actually, they moved their Subaru shop to the new location in Cumming, GA. New facilities for Dodge/Jeep and now Subaru. Still owned by Troncalli. After being there today, I can say that they are trying hard to improve their service greatly. Don't know if Lisa is still in Roswell dealership or not.
