The adjustment dial behind the lamp, its really easy.

check the owners manual i think instructions are in there.. but its really really easy. i cant remember if i used my hand to turn it or just a flathead screwdriver but thats all i needed.

I set mine against a white garage on a level surface and ended up putting them all the way high, as high as they would go for the best lighting on low beams.
