Our shipment has come in for Torco, however costs for shipping, hazmat fees, and actual TORCO has gone up. PRICING HAS CHANGED TO REFLECT ADDITIONAL COSTS. And sorry, FBX crew, absolutely no way to ship this stuff to you, so unless you make the trip down, it's just not cost effective. I will accept exchanging one empty Torco can for a pre-filled Torco can ONLY if the can you exchange is in good condition, no dents, discoloration (minor discoloration is acceptable) on the can itself. If you have a can and it is in poor condition, you may LEAVE your bottle, PREPAY, and pick up the filled bottle the next day (except Sunday).

iphone = RIDICULOUS PRICING!!!! :( for unlocked. Apple requires a 2 yr contract be signed in order to even puchase it. finding an unlocked version however costs much much more, like $700-$800 for the 8GB.

iphone update: I will have ONE UNLOCKED iPHONE 8 GB no later than BLACK FRIDAY NEXT WEEK! Yes, pretty much all features will work except the Visual Voicemail (until we switch over to AT&T sometime 1st quarter...

There are some stipulations on the phone and what NOT to do so it will not be re-locked, however, my very reliable source has one and it works without any hitches, internet, email, etc.

Pricing is $599! (Must add data plan or pricing will be $649) I was able to get a better and reliable price on this going through some personal connections, so I'm not into price gouging, I will sell it for a little over my costs. I'm only going to order one for now, however I will not be opposed to order another if someone wants it for a Christmas gift. YOU MUST PRE-ORDER AND PRE-PAY, NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES FOR THIS ITEM!

How soon actual iphones will be available is unknown at this time. I did look up AT&T's pricing for the iphone plans and they require a 2 year activation. For those who don't want to be locked into a 2 year plan or pay Apple's fees, an unlocked version (or you can't wait til they actually arrive here) may be the best answer. This will also apply to business accounts as they will only allow PERSONAL accounts for iphones. I've been doing a lot of research getting ready for this, so if you are interested, let me know. I plan to carry both locked and unlocked versions even after AT&T switch over is complete.

I might hit you up eventually for one of em. I too have been looking for unlocked versions, some "grey market" are only ~$100 less than from Apple themselves. Did find interesting info though on em. I'm cellone so will be AT&T anyway. If you do get an unlocked in lemme know, would like to check it out. (heard rumors of some features not working on non-at&t networks)

Info on iphones:

AT&T and Apple will not allow dealers to activate iphones on the network (iphone plans). I still plan to carry unlocked ones. The only thing you can't do on the unlocked vs locked is the visual voicemail. You also cannot "update" the phone in itunes or it will re-lock the phone. As I learn more info, I will update things as we move forward.

OK, so that is confirmed then, I heard the visual voicemail didnt work unless on AT&T. (cool wizbang feature, not "needed". Keep us posted miss wireless goddess.

Curves are now SOLD OUT!

Once I'm allowed to release more information, I will do so at that time. There are still a lot of issues and questions that I am waiting to hear back on regarding the Cellular One > AT&T conversion slated for 12/9. I do know that only certain Corp AT&T stores will be allowed to carry/activate iphones. I'm still working on having a few unlocked iphones for sale by then, but there may be a delay due to some software issues.

Quick update on phones:

I will be carrying both Cellular One handsets and AT&T units. Your Cellone phone will not work with an AT&T SIM card since it's locked. I will most likely do my best to carry unlocked phones, but will still have to carry some AT&T units. We got the iphone cracked so I will hopefully be ordering a few more to have by sometime next week. HINT: AT&T rate plans are actually MORE than Cellular One's National Plans. They will not have Regional plans or unlimited plans available, so keep your plans for as long as you can.... also note: AT&T data packages = $5-$10 MORE consistently over Cellular One. The upside to AT&T is they have roll over minutes, but otherwise.... OUCH. Some things will be a little cheaper, but if you have texting or internet plans, it won't be. Just want to warn you all before you start to tear down the doors to go "change" your plans over. You might actually find you'll pay more than you do now for the same services. PM me for more details (though I don't have that much). If you want to get a glimpse of pricing, go to AT&T's website and look up pricing for the WA area. I assume it will be pretty close.
