My friend has connection in HK and wondering what's the procedure to import a RHD car to Canada for both daily driving or track use only?

For daily driving, I guess same car has to be in production here? break up the body and engine and put them back here?

For track use, any restrictions? My friend is saying a used skyline GTS is selling around C$20000 in HK. What's the story behind the super 7 in Toronto autox.

There was a thread on this about a week ago. If you call up the posts in the last week, I know there is one there. Sorry, I am too lazy to find it at the moment but its in this forum and quite recent.

Track car fine but you'd better be prepared to trailer it to all the auto-x. Forget insuring it or registering it unless the VIN number automagically gets changed and somehow it becomes LHD. Basically it's s $#%$#load of work.

IE buy a smashed one and transfer all the parts.
