I have been having a problem getting my mirrors to adjust with the inside controls, also I have an autodimmer rear view mirror, and I think its either dead or its not on? Does anybody know whether the mirrors have a fuse, maybe that might be blown I'm thinking? The other thing is that the battery in my key fab keeps dieing I think, I just went to turn my car alarm on when i got to work, and the car alarm won't turn on via the key fab. I don't want to turn it on via the car because this happened to me about a month or 2 ago, and i wasn't able to turn the car alarm off with out it. Is there anyway to do that also? If i don't have the key fab to turn it off?

1) Is the light on the mirror lighting up?
2) Replace the key fob battery.

Fuse #4 in the dash panel fuse box supplies power to the mirror and other places.

For the key fob problem you might make sure that there isn't high levels of RF interference from a nearby (AM, FM, TV) transmitter causing the trouble. Testing the system in another area should tell you if that is the problem. You may have a weak battery in the key fob so by replacing it should fix that problem up, like RP31 suggested.
