drilled some holes, fits fine, its a pretty common mod because of the large aftermarket for 06+ STI the owners often upgrade to a larger better looking diffuser; leftovers rock
im about a 20-30 min jog from where you work.
eyeless99prez 11-09-2007, 08:51 AM Do you have any pictures of the diffuser on your car? Unless you use something that isnt blocked at my work I doubt I will be able to view but if not will look at when I get home..

i dont have any pictures right now but i hopefully will soon, its really subtle tho. there are a few on this forum that sport the diffuser on a GC body.

it may have been i was all over the place last night.
eyeless99prez 11-09-2007, 07:50 PM What headers any suggestion all ive been able to find is borla but now I cant even find that did they stop making them? Links brands or what fits my car .. 2.2l automatic.
headers of course.
don't worry about headers until you swap to a manual; you wont get any of the benefits of power until then; stock automatic transmissions can only let you have power gains of about 15%

I thought long and hard after some kinda "off-roady" driving today; I'm going to leave any underbody pieces off until snow is all gone. Don't want to lose an investment because it got caught in a drift. Un-installed rear diffuser.

Short shifter, eurethane bushings, swaybars and anti lift kit (ALK)... It will feel like a new car.
XanRules 02-11-2008, 04:06 AM Ground wire and voltage stabilizer? What's that all about?
firstshadow 02-12-2008, 04:04 PM Ground wire and voltage stabilizer? What's that all about?
So they say... "A ground wire kit provides a better ground electric current passage way from battery negative to body chassis and different components within the engine bay. It will stabilize Electrical Revolutions which generate more Power, and Torque. Improves Throttle Response and Stabilizes the engine at high RPM's. Helps Lower Electric Resistance And Increase The Effectiveness Of The Entire Electrical System."
And for Voltage Stabilizers- "Car injectors, fuel pump, ignition system, are powered by electricity. By stabilizing (or increasing at some extent) the voltage and current supplied to that devices, they can operate at their optimal efficiency, and so does your engine."
