How is the fit and finish of this piece? comparable to the rav spec? does it include all mounting hardware?

their finish are very good. Bolt just right on and all mounting hardware are included.
Very good compare to other Ebay knock-off. Oh, and they are not easy to break, I've hit them hard during some Canyon run and the lip is still good, only paint scratched.
