Does anyone know some top of the line security systems? I heard that clifford and viper are excellent, but should I look into those two companies? If so, what specific models?
I'm planning on installing this system on my 2002 WRX and I'd like it to have a remote starter as well.

If you go to the www.directed.com web site, you can find feature info on Clifford, Python, and all the other DEI brands. They also have many user manuals and installation guides available under "Guides" as Acrobat files.
The real answer, though, is talk to an installer you trust and discuss what you want the alarm to accomplish and have him suggest how you can accomplish that.
