Asking price for this MONSTER of a car is $87,000

This is a FRACTION of the money and time we have in the car. and WELL worth the investment.

Serious parties can email me at eric@amsperformance.com

$87,000:eek: and they say that is a fraction of what was put into the car.
So how much was put in $500,000:lol:
I think AMS is going to have that car for a while:rolleyes:

well a fraction could be 4/5. or could be like 1/5. Who knows. Either way its a great car and you get what you pay for.

^^Well what I meant was a car thet heavily modded, something is bound to go wrong with it sooner or later and 87K is a lot of money to risk. Will AMS provide a warranty with it, if something does go wrong. Buyer be ware

The type of person buying this car is not going to be concerned with things like that, it goes with the territory. A time attack car that runs 10.5 in the 1/4 and pulls 1.5g's on the skid pad is pretty ridiculous

Not to mention, I doubt they will have much trouble selling it. Maybe not for 87k but it will sell. Still raining on peoples FS threads:rolleyes:

Did you seriously just say warranty? Are you f ing serious?

Things are constantly "going wrong" with a race car of this caliber. It's what they call development. For $87K that's really what you're paying for. You haven't been around too many race tracks obviously.

I can't people some of you people have the stones to comment on the price of this car. This thing is like, one of the best TA's out there from one of the best tuning houses out there, and not a single one of you who commented negatively can even afford it. I can't even afford it, but sheesh, have some respect.

Anyway - amazing car and good luck with the sale.

lol guys you can stop hating because its an evo and its expensive, if that isnt a legitimate badass of a car then theres no such thing. who asks if a racecar comes with a warranty? of course it doesnt. yeah that whole racing thing kinda pushed cars and their parts to the limits...

hopefully the cars gonna go into good hands, im sure some other shop will pick it up, as itd be quite the turnkey time attack car to have. good luck with the sale, not that youll need it, and i cant wait to see what the TA2 will have in store

Love Crawford its full interior and heavy, but only way it beats this AMS car is if the AMS car has a problem.

This car is sick I have seen it & who the hell warranties a race car...

You NASIOC guys are making us look retarded...

AMS...Are you guys doing an EVO IX for the TA2????

Also is the evolander still for sale????

Thanks.
Matt

Thank you for the support.

TATTOO is going to be an EVO VIII still
yes the evolander is up for sale again.

Crawford did beat us at an event. Not because they beat our time but because on our competition session we blew a fuse and had to DQ the event. nonetheless they did beat us though.

The car I believe is being sold with the stock brakes that we ran on for almost the entire year. Stock brakes are great on an evo when coupled with good rotors, pads and our cooling kit.

I feel liek every other tool on NASIOC when I chime in on F/S threads but this car is amazing. I would loveee to just take a ride in it!

I doubt anything beat this car..except maybe that red TimeAttack GC from the Southeast which is a gnarly car.

Tatoo is currently an acid dipped and weld-thru primered shell. In its current state, there is no difference between an VIII and IX.

The only major differences between the two are the Mivec head, ecu, wiring harness, some gear ratio changes, and front bumper.

Sounds sweet keep us updated. I am also an evo fan...I would love to have both but my wallet doesn't allow it...Closest I can get is my built 91 GSX & my 04 STi...

I would love to get the evolander....It is by far the most unique car or hmmmm SUV...I'd love to see what it would do at the road course...lol

Not to bash...it's an awesome car, but that is not a SKID PAD rating like the other poster said. I know that is IMPOSSIBLE on a skid pad.

You guys coming back to One Lap next year?

AMS
12-05-2007, 01:49 PM
You are correct, that is not a skid pad rating but rather cornering G's.

I dont think we will have TA2 done in time for one lap, but we might bring something.

I'm interested, but I have a couple questions:

Does the AC blow cold?
How many cupholders?
Is there available 3rd row seating?
